Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and offer assistance; understand their needs and preferences for fashion products.
- Provide detailed and knowledgeable information about fashion items, including styles, sizes, materials, and care instructions.
- Recommend and showcase relevant products, highlighting current trends and promotions, to meet customer preferences.
- Manage sales transactions accurately, handle cash/card payments, and process returns/exchanges according to store policy.
- Maintain the store's visual appeal by organising and restocking merchandise, folding, and arranging displays as per guidelines.
- Conduct regular stock checks, report inventory discrepancies, and assist with stock replenishment and management.
