You will be responsible for managing orders from multi-designer stores, handling direct customer queries, and ensuring a high standard of Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
Key Responsibilities
1. Multi-Designer Store Coordination
Act as the primary point of contact for all multi-designer retail partners.
Manage the end-to-end order process: from receiving purchase orders to coordinating timely deliveries.
Maintain updated inventory records for each store and manage stock rotations or replenishments.
2. Direct Sales & Digital Concierge
Drive retail sales by managing and responding to queries on
Instagram and WhatsApp
.
Convert inquiries into sales through personalized styling advice and prompt product information.
Manage the "Direct-to-Consumer" order pipeline, ensuring a smooth experience from payment to shipping.
Handle any offline events or exhibitions
3. Communication & CRM
Manage the official inbox, responding to professional emails, buyer inquiries, and collaboration requests.
Maintain a robust CRM database to track customer preferences, purchase history, and follow-ups.
Ensure all client communication reflects the brand's voice: professional, sophisticated, and helpful.
4. Operations & Follow-up
Coordinate with the internal production team to track the status of pending orders.
Ensure all orders meet quality standards and packaging requirements before dispatch.
Provide regular sales reports and feedback from stores/customers to the design team.
Requirements & Skills
Education:
Degree in Fashion Management, Merchandising,Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
3 years+ experience in fashion merchandising or retail sales (experience with multi-designer stores is a plus).
Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Tech-Savvy:
Proficient in MS Excel, email etiquette, and navigating Instagram/WhatsApp for Business.
Traits:
High level of ownership, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a "sales-driven" mindset.
