Customer Care Associate (CCA)

to support daily operations at our clothing store and deliver an excellent shopping experience. The role involves customer assistance, billing, visual upkeep, and store coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assist with apparel selection, sizing, and styling Handle billing, POS operations, and payment transactions Manage customer queries, exchanges, and returns as per store policy Maintain merchandise display, folding, tagging, and visual standards Support stock handling, replenishment, and store cleanliness

Requirements:

0-3 years of experience in clothing retail or customer-facing roles Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of POS and billing systems preferred Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and sale periods
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
