. The role requires someone who can represent the brand, convert walk-in customers, and consistently create content to drive store visits and online visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Influencer & Content Creation:
Create regular Instagram reels, stories & posts featuring store collections
Act as brand face for try-ons, styling videos & product showcases
Plan and shoot in-store content independently or with team
Assist in content ideas, trends & scripting
Engage with followers and respond to basic inquiries (as per guidelines)
Support campaigns, launches & promotions through personal + brand account
Bridal Sales & Customer Handling:
Handle walk-in bridal, trousseau & occasion wear clients
Conduct detailed consultations to understand customer needs, budgets & timelines
Style clients and create complete looks (outfit, dupatta, accessories, mix & match)
Close sales and drive upselling & cross-selling
Manage trials, fittings & delivery coordination
Ensure high-quality customer experience from first visit to final delivery
CRM, Follow-ups & Telecalling:
Maintain accurate customer records including wedding dates, orders & follow-ups
Regular follow-up with leads, trials, balance payments & deliveries
Telecalling old customers, inquiries & referrals to generate store visits
Appointment booking and confirmations
Referral generation and repeat customer management
Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation:
Style mannequins and in-store displays
Maintain attractive store presentation
Highlight new arrivals and bestsellers on floor
Support window and display changes
