We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Fashion Merchandiser with experience in men's wear. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end merchandising process -- from product development and vendor coordination to inventory management and sales analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage the men's wear product range in line with market trends and seasonal requirements. Coordinate with design, production, and buying teams to ensure timely product development. Source fabrics, trims, and accessories as per style requirements. Monitor stock levels, plan reorders, and maintain optimal inventory. Analyze sales data to identify fast- and slow-moving products. Build strong relationships with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery and quality assurance. Stay updated with fashion trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in men's wear merchandising. Strong understanding of fabric, fits, and fashion trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and basic knowledge of ERP systems preferred.
