Fashion Merchandiser

to manage merchandising activities for our retail garment operations. The role involves product planning, vendor coordination, and ensuring timely availability of merchandise aligned with market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage merchandise assortment for retail stores Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams Track production timelines, quality checks, and deliveries Analyze fashion trends, sales performance, and customer demand Ensure appropriate product mix, pricing, and inventory levels Assist in product selection, sampling, and approvals Maintain merchandising reports and documentation Support visual merchandising and store display standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum Education Qualification:

Graduate

Experience:

2-4 years as a Fashion Merchandiser (Garment Retail preferred) Strong knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and fashion trends Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills Knowledge of retail merchandising processes Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting tools Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
