Fashion Merchandiser

to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging the gap between design, production, and sales -- ensuring our collections align with market trends and brand vision.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the design and production teams to plan and execute seasonal collections. Develop and manage product assortments for both B2B (multi-designer stores, buyers) and B2C (retail clients, online platforms) markets. Liaise with vendors and clients to ensure timely deliveries and maintain strong business relationships. Ensure high-quality standards in terms of fabric sourcing, embroidery techniques, and garment finishing.

Requirements:

In-depth knowledge of Indian textiles, fabrics, and both hand and machine embroideries. Prior experience working with a designer label catering to both B2B and B2C segments. Strong understanding of luxury fashion retail and merchandising strategies. A keen eye for detail, trends, and quality.
