About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced

Fashion Merchandiser

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in export merchandising or working with international buyers, and possess strong coordination & communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle buyer communication and manage orders from development to dispatch. Develop samples based on buyer's tech packs or mood boards. Conduct market/trend research and assist in creating seasonal collections. Coordinate with sampling, production, and sourcing teams. Follow up with vendors/suppliers for timely sample and bulk approvals. Maintain TNA (Time and Action) calendars and update reports regularly. Ensure quality checks and timely delivery of products.

Requirements:

2-5 years of experience as a fashion/apparel merchandiser (export house or buying agency preferred). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong understanding of fabrics, trims, garment construction, and costing. Proficient in MS Excel, emails, and basic merchandising software. Ability to multitask and manage timelines efficiently.

Education:

Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design, Textile, or related field (Preferred)
