Merchandiser & Production Coordinator - Women's Wear

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily with

dyeing, embroidery, and stitching experience, and vendors

to ensure timely delivery and quality output. Manage the

production process

for commercial women's wear from fabric sourcing to final dispatch. Monitor and track

stitching charges

, negotiate rates with vendors, and ensure cost-effectiveness. Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to maintain production timelines and quality standards. Maintain order sheets, T&A calendars, and follow-ups with vendors for raw material & production updates. Conduct quality checks during and after stitching to meet commercial standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum

3 years of experience and above

in women's wear production or merchandising. Primary knowledge of

women's garment stitching processes and commercial finishing.

Strong management skills (especially in

dyeing, embroidery, and stitching

units). Familiarity with

stitching rates/charges

and market trends in women's wear. Proficient in basic Excel and order tracking formats.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Background in fashion merchandising or

Women garment production.

Ability to multitask and work in a

deadline-driven, production-heavy

environment.
