About Us:

Katyals is a growing women's ethnic wear brand specializing in trousseau and occasion wear. We work with bridal and premium clients and are expanding our collections and digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Design development for new ethnic wear and trousseau collections Trend research and concept development for colors, fabrics, embroidery & silhouettes Fabric sourcing and coordination with embroidery, printing & dyeing vendors Sampling management including prototype development and approvals Production planning, scheduling & follow-ups to ensure timely delivery Quality control of embroidery, stitching & finishing before store display and customer delivery Costing support and margin optimization in coordination with management Planning and execution of social media content (Instagram reels, posts & stories) Coordination of photoshoots, catalogs, look books & brand creatives Influencer outreach, collaborations & campaign coordination Development and maintenance of digital product catalogs Branding support including collection naming, tagging & visual presentation Coordination between design, production & sales teams Assisting premium walk-in customers with design explanations and customization guidance

Pay: ?14,193.37 - ?20,000.00 per month
