Sampling of garments Working very closely with different Support teams (Sampling, Fabric. Trims and production control, master scheduling, material, etc.
Costing on time of sampling itself & take closer on costing from buyer.
Bulk Fabric & accessories booking with concern teams & follow up on time delivery.
Follow up on daily basis from production i.e cutting/stitching & Packing.
Make time & action plan as per given time line by buyer.
