LOOKING TO HIRE A FASHION MERCHANDISER FOR A DESIGNER EXPORT BRAND

Knowledge of fabrics, trims, pattern ,embroidery . Knowledge of garment parameters Understand the common requirements of buyers. Knowledge of common production problems Product Development OR Bulk

Role and responsibilities:

Ability to generate cost sheet by obtaining fabric/trims costs Ensures all materials/approvals are in place prior to the PCD Ensures and checks that correct quality is maintained at the sampling stage / bulk stages. The quality of fabric/trims need to be monitored Effectively follows up the target with the concerned department & maintains cordial relationships with all the other departments in the organization Maintains cordial relationships & effectively communicates with the buying agent/buyer Clarify all details with buyers with regard to their requirements. Plan full production TNA

MUST HAVE Has 3-4 years of experience working in Indian designer house with ethnic embroidery based garments . preferably a brand that exports their designer items to other countries in bulk
