Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop

ethnic wear

collections, including

lehengas, sarees, Anarkalis, and suits

. Collaborate with the team to conceptualize and create

mood boards

, design sketches, and

technical specifications

for new collections. Conduct thorough

fabric selection, trims, and embellishment choices

to create designs aligned with the brand vision. Work with the

production team

to ensure the accurate execution of designs, ensuring quality and timely delivery. Stay updated on

fashion trends

, customer preferences, and the latest fabric techniques to ensure designs remain contemporary. Assist in the development of

sample collections

and oversee modifications to achieve the desired final product. Collaborate with

marketing and merchandising teams

to ensure designs meet customer demands and commercial objectives. Attend fittings and make design revisions as needed based on sample reviews and client feedback.

Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate from

NIFT, Pearl Academy

, or any other reputed fashion institute.

1-2 years

in fashion design, specializing in both

Ethnic and Western wear

.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in

Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop

, and

CorelDRAW

; strong knowledge of

fabric selection

,

embroidery

, and

garment construction

.

Creativity:

Strong

aesthetic sense

, attention to

detail

, and ability to combine

traditional and modern designs

.

Collaboration:

Excellent

communication

teamwork

skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects and meet
