Key Responsibilities:
Website Management & Stock Updates
Regularly update product listings, stock availability, and pricing on the brand's website.
Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, and tagging for smooth customer browsing.
Billing & Store Operations
Handle customer billing and POS operations at the store.
Maintain accurate sales and transaction records.
Inventory Management
Monitor stock levels, inward/outward movement, and coordinate with production for replenishments.
Maintain inventory registers and reports (offline + online).
Client Handling (Offline + Online)
Assist walk-in clients at the store with
styling and fashion recommendations
, ensuring a luxury shopping experience.
Respond to client queries and orders on WhatsApp & Instagram (DMs, inquiries, follow-ups).
Coordinate appointments, trials, and delivery schedules.
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain a client database, follow up for payments, and ensure after-sales service.
Build long-term relations with clients to drive repeat sales.
Requirements:
Female candidates only.
Graduate / Diploma in Fashion, Retail, or related field preferred.
1-3 years of experience in fashion retail, boutique, or e-commerce operations.
Well-versed with fashion sense, styling, and latest ethnic wear trends.
Good communication skills (English & Hindi).
Proficient in MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and basic website handling (Shopify/Wix/WooCommerce).
Well-organized, customer-focused, and detail-oriented.
