Job Description

Brinda Sneha, a fashion label specializing in gowns, is seeking a dedicated and creative Fashion Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the design and production of our gowns while working closely with the head designer.

Responsibilities:

Assist with research, trend analysis, and concept development for gown collections Collaborate with the head designer to create sketches, tech packs, and design boards Attend fittings and assist with patternmaking and garment construction Help manage and organize the fabric and trim library Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and other vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished products Assist with the planning and execution of photo shoots and fashion shows Maintain organization and cleanliness in the design studio and production area Other tasks as assigned by the head designer
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably with experience in gown production Strong knowledge of garment construction, patternmaking, and textiles Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach to work A passion for fashion, with an eye for trends and details
