We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented

Junior Designer

to support our Newborn wear category. The candidate will be responsible for developing commercially viable designs aligned with Indian market trends, ensuring fast sampling cycles, and supporting smooth production execution.

Key Responsibilities

Develop original designs aligned with brand identity or source suitable designs from online platforms, specifically for the

Newborn age group

and

Indian market trends

. Design products focused on

high sell-through

and

repeatability categories

. Prepare

production-ready samples

as per finalized designs. Support

quick sampling cycles

before seasonal launches, fairs, or exhibitions. Implement

internal feedback promptly

to meet strict launch timelines. Coordinate with

local printers and embroidery units

for design execution. Resolve

design-related production issues

efficiently to avoid delays. Modify designs based on

sell-through performance, returns, and customer feedback

. Maintain and

archive approved artworks

for repeat production and future reference.

Eligibility & Requirements

Minimum

2 years of experience

in the

Ready Made Garments (RMG) industry

. Experience in

kids wear / newborn wear

will be an added advantage. Basic understanding of garment production, printing, and embroidery processes. Ability to work in fast-paced environments and meet tight deadlines. Good coordination and communication skills.
