The Exhibition Strategist will be responsible for designing and executing a data-driven exhibition strategy for the fashion store. This role focuses on selecting the right exhibitions, planning participation for maximum brand visibility and sales, and continuously optimizing performance to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and own the annual exhibition strategy aligned with sales and brand objectives
Identify, evaluate, and shortlist fashion exhibitions, trade shows, and pop-ups
Analyze past exhibition performance, ROI, customer acquisition, and sales data
Define exhibition goals, budgets, and success metrics
Plan exhibition-wise product assortment, pricing, and promotions
Coordinate with event execution, marketing, and merchandising teams
Recommend stall size, layout, and visual merchandising strategy
Track post-exhibition performance and customer retention
Build strong relationships with exhibition organizers and partners
Identify new cities and markets for growth through exhibitions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field
Strong understanding of fashion retail and exhibition-led sales
Analytical mindset with experience in ROI and performance tracking
Strategic planning and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination abilities
Willingness to travel for exhibitions and market analysis
Experience:
1-8 years of experience in fashion exhibitions, retail strategy, or event planning
Prior experience with fashion, apparel, or lifestyle brands preferred
