The Event Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing fashion exhibitions, trunk shows, pop-ups, and in-store events for the fashion store. The role focuses on end-to-end event management to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales while maintaining the brand's premium image.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute fashion exhibitions, pop-up events, and trunk shows
Coordinate with exhibition organizers, venues, malls, and event partners
Manage event timelines, budgets, and vendor negotiations
Coordinate logistics including stall design, setup, dismantling, and merchandise movement
Work closely with design, merchandising, and store teams for event preparation
Oversee branding, visual display, and customer experience at events
Coordinate with marketing team for event promotions and customer outreach
Manage on-ground event execution and resolve real-time issues
Track event performance, sales, and customer feedback
Maintain a yearly exhibition and event calendar
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field
Strong experience in managing fashion exhibitions and retail events
Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel for exhibitions and events
Experience:
2-6 years of experience in fashion events, exhibitions, or retail event management
Experience with fashion, apparel, or lifestyle brands preferred
