Key Responsibilities
Conceptualize seasonal collections, mood boards, and color palettes.
Translate creative ideas into detailed design sketches and prototypes.
Present final concepts and collections to management and cross-functional teams.
Prepare accurate tech packs, measurement charts, and BOM (Bill of Materials).
Work closely with pattern makers and sampling units to ensure precision.
Supervise fittings and garment construction for perfect fit and comfort.
Research and source fabrics, laces, trims, and elastics in line with brand standards.
Evaluate materials for comfort, durability, sustainability, and cost efficiency.
Work closely with product development, merchandising, and marketing teams.
Uphold quality standards and ensure adherence to Oeko-Tex and sustainability requirements.
Experience & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design (Master's preferred).
Experience: 2-7 years of relevant experience in lingerie, innerwear, or apparel design.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, CAD tools; understanding
of garment construction, pattern making, textile sourcing, and production workflows.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
