Job Title: Fashion Designer

Location: On-site - Zirakpur

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and driven Fashion Designer to join our team and contribute to the research, development, and production of innovative fashion collections. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for trends, technical proficiency, and the ability to manage designs from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research and analyze fashion trends to inform seasonal collections.

Create original, innovative designs for [e.g., womenswear, menswear, kidswear, accessories].

Develop detailed sketches, mood boards, and technical drawings using software like Photoshop, Procreate, 3D Clo, and Illustrator.

Select appropriate fabrics, trims, and embellishments, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.

Manage the product lifecycle from concept to final production, meeting all deadlines.

Present collections to senior leadership and maintain a strong, updated portfolio.

Collaborate with team members and technical designers to ensure accuracy in development packages.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of professional experience in fashion design.

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of work from sketches to final products.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Procreate, and 3D Clo.

Solid understanding of textiles, garment construction, and pattern-making.

Ability to sketch by hand and visualize design concepts.

Excellent design, conceptual, and communication skills.

Degree in Fashion Design or Fine Arts preferred.

Willingness to travel for trend research and product development.
