Job Responsibilities:

Develop fresh and appealing clothing designs based on brand guidelines and market trends. Create detailed

tech packs

for production with accurate measurements, specifications, trims, and fabric details. Collaborate with the merchandising and production teams to ensure smooth sampling and bulk execution. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer preferences. Work closely with pattern masters and vendors to ensure product quality and fit. Maintain design files, mood boards, and seasonal collections.

Requirements:

Minimum 1+ year of experience

as a Fashion Designer in the apparel/fashion industry.

Strong knowledge of tech packs is a must.

Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, etc.). Good understanding of fabrics, trims, silhouettes, and garment construction. Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
