About Wrapgame India:

Wrapgame India is a luxury bling jewellery and accessories brand that has made its mark with statement pieces worn by celebrities like Kiara Advani (Met Gala) and Ananya Panday (Call Me Bae). After acing the accessory game, we are now expanding into apparel -- combining our signature motifs, street-luxe aesthetic, and bling identity into fashion-forward pieces.

We're looking for a Fashion Designer who can bring this vision to life -- someone who understands contemporary streetwear, bling accents, and bold statement detailing.

Role & Responsibilities:

Design and develop new apparel collections in line with Wrapgame's brand DNA (bling, statement, street-culture inspired). Work closely with the founder and design execution team to conceptualize silhouettes for jackets, corsets, and coord sets. Integrate Wrapgame's signature motifs (like the Gilded Hive Bee & Cosmic Bee) into the garments through hardware, embroidery, and embellishments. Select and suggest suitable fabrics (Roma, organza, denim, etc.) and coordinate with vendors for sourcing & sampling. Prepare tech packs, sketches, and detailed specifications for production. Ensure timely sample completion, fitting trials, and quality checks. Keep up with fashion trends, streetwear aesthetics, and luxury detailing techniques. Coordinate with pattern makers, tailors, and artisans to bring concepts to life.

Skills & Requirements:

Graduate or Postgraduate in Fashion Design (NIFT / Pearl / INIFD or equivalent). Strong understanding of silhouette building, draping, and detailing. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop / CorelDRAW / CLO 3D. Eye for luxury finishes, textures, and construction quality. Ability to translate creative ideas into wearable yet statement pieces. Excellent communication & time management skills. Prior experience (1-3 years) in women's wear / streetwear / couture preferred.

Pay: ₹10,973.66 - ₹38,814.43 per month
