Fashion Designer

specializing in

women's ethnic wear

to join our creative team.

Key Responsibilities:

Create original and trend-forward designs for women's ethnic collections, including sarees, lehengas, anarkalis, kurtas, and Indo-western ensembles. Develop seasonal themes, color palettes, and mood boards that align with the brand's aesthetic and customer preferences. Infuse a fresh perspective into traditional silhouettes while preserving cultural relevance. Source and select appropriate fabrics, trims, and embellishments for each collection. Conduct in-depth trend research, including traditional textile techniques, regional craftsmanship, and current ethnic fashion movements. Study customer preferences and buying patterns to inform collection development. Work closely with the merchandising and marketing teams to ensure timely collection launches and campaign alignment. Provide design input for lookbooks, styling shoots, and brand events.
