Role and Responsibilities:

As a Fashion Designer at Nikunjeshwari, you will play a pivotal role in bringing the divine vision to life by creating unique and elegant designs that encapsulate the essence of the brand. You will collaborate with a team of like-minded professionals and contribute to the continued success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and design Deities Designers outfits that reflect the brand's values of comfort, luxury, and effortless elegance, while respecting the divine inspiration behind the designs. Conduct in-depth research to understand the latest fashion trends, materials, and techniques, and incorporate them into innovative designs. Create detailed sketches and technical drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software to visualize concepts and present them effectively to the team. Collaborate with the production team to ensure that the designed outfits are manufacturable and align with the company's quality standards. Participate in fabric selection, color palette development, and embellishment choices to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the designs. Stay updated with the evolving preferences of the target audience and adapt designs accordingly, maintaining a balance between tradition and contemporary fashion. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to provide design insights and contribute to the creation of captivating marketing materials. Participate in fittings and adjustments, ensuring that the final product aligns with the initial design vision and offers unmatched comfort and elegance. Contribute to the growth and expansion of Nikunjeshwari's product portfolio by exploring new design segments and suggesting innovative ideas. Maintain a keen eye for detail, upholding the brand's commitment to unparalleled quality and craftsmanship. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, management, and production, to ensure seamless execution of design concepts.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field. Proven experience as a Fashion Designer, preferably in a luxury fashion or couture setting. Strong understanding of fabrics, materials, garment construction, and embellishments. Creative flair and an ability to conceptualize unique designs that resonate with the brand's divine inspiration. Excellent communication skills to effectively convey design ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining the brand's quality standards. Ability to balance creativity with practicality, ensuring designs are both innovative and manufacturable. Passion for fashion, trends, and a deep appreciation for the brand's divine philosophy.
