Create new clothing concepts, sketches, and mood boards.
Develop seasonal collections based on trends, market demand, and brand theme.
Select fabrics, trims, patterns, and color palettes.
Coordinate with pattern masters, sampling team, and tailors for prototype development.
Review samples, make fitting corrections, and finalize designs.
Conduct market research and trend analysis.
Work closely with production teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Prepare technical sheets, specifications, and design documentation.
Manage design timelines and ensure adherence to brand standards.
Support in photoshoots, styling, and catalog preparation (if needed).
Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Fashion Design or related field.
Good knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and pattern making.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or similar software.
Strong creativity, visualization, and sketching skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects.
