About the Role

We're hiring a fashion designer who knows the ins and outs of building apparel that looks good, fits well, and sells. If you've spent the past few years working on T-shirts, activewear, or similar everyday categories, you'll feel right at home here. You'll shape seasonal concepts, develop designs, and work with cross-functional teams to bring collections to life.

What You'll Do

Research trends, fabrics, colors, and silhouettes Create mood boards, sketches, and CADs Develop tech packs with clear construction and material details Work with sampling and production teams on fits, revisions, and final specs Collaborate with merchandising to make sure designs hit market and price expectations Manage the full design cycle from concept through production Communicate with vendors to maintain quality and timelines

What You Should Bring

Minimum

4-5 years

of design experience, especially in T-shirts, activewear, or casual apparel Strong digital design skills (Illustrator, Photoshop) Solid understanding of garment construction, patterns, and fabrics A portfolio that shows creativity, range, and technical skill Ability to manage multiple projects without losing precision Comfort working in a fast, collaborative environment
