Understanding the customers' requirements

Advising the customer's in making fashion decision

Providing advice on outfits, color combinations, fabric and accessories

Understanding the client's budget constraints as per the occasion

. Use your

stitching and tailoring expertise

to explain garment construction and assist in fittings.

. Perform

basic to intermediate stitching tasks

, such as minor alterations, hemming, and blouse adjustments.

Ensuring customer satisfaction

Maintaining a healthy relationship with the customers

Growing customer database and generating leads and selling services to the customers

Reaching out to potential customer network

Continues follow up should be with the production team

Assisting sourcing process such as cloths and accessories of orders

Assisting team leader to achieve targets and goals

To achieve sales target as given

Increasing company sales to achieving short term and long-term goals

Staying up to date with the latest fashion trends

Take responsibility to receive the payment of orders

Take responsibility to dispatch of orders on time
