Srinivi Boutique is seeking a passionate and experienced Fashion Designer who specializes in traditional Indian ethnic wear such as lehengas, blouses, and custom designer outfits. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of current fashion trends, good hand sketching or software skills, and the ability to transform client ideas into stunning designs.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop lehengas, blouses, gowns, and other ethnic wear based on client requirements

Work closely with tailors and embroidery teams for design execution

Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and fabrics

Assist in client fittings and provide design consultations

Ensure high-quality finishing and customer satisfaction

Maintain records of designs, patterns, and fabric usage

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in ethnic fashion designing minimum 2-3 years

Strong knowledge of fabric types, color theory, and garment construction

Creativity with a keen eye for detail

Good communication and customer interaction skills

Diploma or degree in Fashion Design (preferred but not mandatory)

Salary: ?15,000 - ?25,000 (Based on experience and skill level)

Working Hours: Full-time, 6 days/week
