Job Description

Job Objective:

To design, develop, and execute high-quality garment samples with precision stitching and creative innovation, ensuring every piece reflects Raja Rani Coaching's fashion excellence standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Development:

Understand concepts shared by the design head or team. Create innovative garment designs as per current trends and project requirements.

Stitching & Sample Making:

Perform stitching with perfection -- from cutting to finishing. Ensure fitting, pattern, and fabric quality are maintained. Prepare samples for shoots, live classes, or exhibitions.

Pattern & Fabric Selection:

Choose appropriate fabrics and patterns according to design needs. Suggest improvements for better garment presentation.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the design, academic, and production team. Support students during live demonstrations or practical classes.

Maintenance & Management:

Keep stitching machines, tools, and fabrics organized. Maintain cleanliness and order in the working area.

Skills & Requirements:

Strong stitching and garment finishing skills. Basic knowledge of fashion trends, pattern-making, and fabric types. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks. Creative thinking with attention to detail. Punctual, responsible, and result-oriented attitude.

Qualification:

Diploma or Certification in Fashion Designing / Garment Construction. Hands-on stitching experience (minimum 6 months preferred).

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday -- 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (with 1-hour break)
