Key Responsibilities:
Assist in designing and curating collections based on seasonal trends
Recommend styles, fabrics, and color palettes
Engage with customers and help them with styling advice
Manage sales operations and daily boutique tasks
Coordinate customer orders, fittings, and deliveries
Maintain store display aesthetics
Skills & Qualifications:
Creative mindset with a passion for fashion
Good knowledge of fabrics, colors, and design trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service experience is a plus
Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
