Job Description

Purpose:-

To assist the founder in all practical, operational, fabric, sampling, and production-related tasks.

Responsibilities:-

Pattern development

Creating accurate patterns for lingerie, corsets, tops, and formalwear. Garment construction methods and structural techniques

Technical assistance

Assist in fittings and technical corrections Prepare basic measurement charts and cut sheets Machine and production setup support Advise on suitable sewing machines and attachments Help plan a small production workflow Suggest finishing methods for clean, professional garments Observe production and help solve minor technical issues

Team management support

Help find and evaluate tailors or sampling helpers Communicate technical details to the team correctly Check quality, fit, and finishing Maintain timelines and ensure smooth workflow
(But not managing the entire team alone)

Founder's right hand support

Work closely with the founder as long-term support Help convert creative ideas into practical plans Give honest, technical feedback. Maintain confidentiality and protect brand concepts
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
