We are seeking a talented and experienced Leather Products Designer to join our team and help shape the future of our collection.

Key Responsibilities:

The Designer will be responsible for the entire design lifecycle, from concept generation to final production handover:

Concept & Strategy: Research current market trends, analyze competitor products, and forecast future leather goods trends to develop innovative and commercially viable product lines.
Design & Development: Create detailed sketches, technical drawings, and specifications for new products. This includes hardware selection, material choice, and construction methods.
Prototyping: Work closely with our master artisans and sample room to oversee the creation of prototypes, ensuring designs are executable, durable, and meet quality standards.
Material Expertise: Source and evaluate various types of leather, linings, and accessories, maintaining a strong focus on sustainability and material performance.
Quality Control: Review and approve samples for fit, finish, functionality, and aesthetic consistency with the brand's identity.
Required Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in product design, specifically with leather goods, accessories, etc.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Fashion Design, Accessory Design, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, 3D modeling software like Rhino or SolidWorks).
Construction Knowledge: Deep understanding of leather characteristics, tanning processes, pattern making, stitching techniques (hand and machine), and hardware application.
