Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, located in Jaipur, for a Designer. The Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating new designs, collaborating with clients and the team to understand their requirements, and translating these ideas into unique, high-quality garments. Additionally, the Designer will focus on researching fashion trends, coordinating with craftsmen for production, and maintaining the brand's dedication to tradition, quality, and innovation.

Qualifications

Proficiency in design tools and techniques, with strong skills in sketching, fabric selection, and garment construction Knowledge of traditional Indian craftsmanship and modern design aesthetics to create innovative bridal and festive wear Experience in understanding client preferences, offering creative solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction Strong ability to research fashion trends and translate them into applicable design concepts Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management skills Passion for fashion and design coupled with attention to detail A Bachelor's degree or diploma in Fashion Design or a related field Previous experience in bridal or traditional wear design is a plus
