You'll be the creative partner in designing our collections--from initial sketches to final samples. As one of the first hires, you'll play a key role in building the brand's identity, helping with everything from trend research and mood boards to sourcing, fittings, and production coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the founder to develop the seasonal design direction, themes, and mood boards.
Create original sketches, technical drawings, and digital renderings.
Select fabrics, trims, colors, and finishes aligned with the brand's aesthetic.
Develop and refine garment patterns in collaboration with pattern makers and sample rooms.
Oversee fittings, sample development, and ensure high-quality construction.
Stay ahead of fashion trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
Assist with sourcing vendors, materials, and production partners.
Contribute to branding, including styling for campaigns, lookbooks, and launches.
Provide input on pricing, timelines, and collection planning.
