Job Description

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing clothing and accessory collections that align with current market trends, customer demands, and the brand's identity.

Responsibilities:

Research fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and consumer preferences. Develop original sketches, digital designs, and prototypes. Select appropriate fabrics, patterns, and trims for collections. Collaborate with production, merchandising, and marketing teams. Oversee sample making, fittings, and ensure product quality. Present seasonal collections to management and buyers. Stay updated with sustainable fashion and innovative design practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design/Textiles or equivalent. 2+ years of proven experience as a Fashion Designer or related role. Strong knowledge of garment construction and fabrics. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CAD software. Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
