Job Description

We are looking for a talented Men's Ethnic Wear Designer . The designer will be responsible for developing a complete men's ethnic wear collection and supporting the sampling process through high-quality design documentation. The role requires strong creative skills, trend awareness, and proficiency in design software.

Key Responsibilities

Develop a cohesive men's ethnic wear collection, including kurtas, sherwanis, bandhgalas, jackets, and festive/occasion wear.

Create concept sketches, detailed technical drawings, and complete spec sheets required for sampling.

Conduct research on current trends, colors,fabrics, and embellishment techniques relevant to men's ethnic fashion.

Collaborate with the sampling team, pattern makers, and artisans to ensure accurate interpretation of designs.

Ensure timely completion of all design deliverables within the 2-month project timeline.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong proficiency in sketching tools, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD tools.

Demonstrated experience or portfolio in men's ethnic wear or Indian fashion.

Understanding of garment construction, finishing, and basic sampling processes.

Ability to translate design concepts into precise technical specifications.

Good communication, organization, and time-management skills to work within tight deadlines.

Creative mindset with attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹415,579.96 per year
