Looking for an experienced fashion designer with minimum 2-3 years. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and executing innovative designs aligned with our brand identity and market trends. You will collaborate closely with the production, merchandising, and marketing teams to bring collections to life from sketch to final product.
Research global and local fashion trends, fabrics, and techniques to design relevant and innovative collections.
Should Hold experience of 2-3 years.
Develop seasonal mood boards, color palettes, and design concepts.
Create detailed sketches, CADs, and tech packs for sampling.
Select fabrics, trims, and accessories for designs in alignment with brand positioning.
Work with the sampling and production teams to ensure prototypes meet design, fit, and quality standards.
Conduct fittings and make necessary design adjustments.
Collaborate with merchandising to align collections with customer preferences and market demand.
Ensure timely delivery of collections within set budgets and deadlines.
Maintain an understanding of competitor activity and evolving fashion trends.
