Key Responsibilities:
Interact with clients online (via WhatsApp, Instagram, and other digital platforms) to understand their design preferences, measurements, and customization requirements.
Assist customers with fabric selections, color combinations, and design options aligned with Li & Li's couture aesthetics.
Prepare and share digital sketches, mood boards, or AI-generated mock-ups to help clients visualize their designs.
Coordinate with the internal design and production teams to ensure accurate order execution and timely updates.
Maintain records of all online orders, client communications, and design approvals.
Provide post-order support and clarification for measurements, fittings, and dispatch timelines.
Contribute to new design concepts, trend analysis, and social media styling inputs when required.
in fashion design or online customer handling (preferably in boutique or couture segments).
Strong command of
English
(spoken and written) -- Tamil/Telugu/Hindi proficiency is an advantage.
Excellent understanding of fabrics, embellishments, silhouettes, and color theory.
Confident in handling digital communication tools (Instagram, WhatsApp Business, Canva, etc.).
Creativity, patience, and customer empathy are essential.
