You will be responsible for market analysis, conceptualization, and collaboration with the team to ensure the successful execution of designs. Key Responsibilities Market Analysis & Research: \xe2\x96\xaa Stay abreast of current fashion trends, market dynamics, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for brand differentiation. \xe2\x96\xaa Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences and demands. \xe2\x96\xaa Conceptualizing innovative silhouettes & concepts. \xe2\x96\xaa Brainstorm and develop unique design concepts in line with the brand\'s vision. Creating Outfit Sketches: \xe2\x96\xaa Develop detailed sketches and illustrations that reflect the envisioned designs. \xe2\x96\xaa Iterate and refine sketches based on feedback from internal teams. \xe2\x96\xaa Collaboration with team members & execution. \xe2\x96\xaa Work closely with cross-functional teams, including pattern makers, production, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of designs. \xe2\x96\xaa Provide clear design specifications and guidelines to ensure accurate implementation. Fabric Print Pattern Design: \xe2\x96\xaa Design and create fabric prints that enhance the overall aesthetic of the garments. \xe2\x96\xaa Collaborate with textile experts to ensure the feasibility and quality of fabric designs. \xe2\x96\xaa Develop unique motifs and design elements that contribute to the brand\'s identity. \xe2\x96\xaa Ensure consistency in design elements across various collections. Qualifications and Skills \xe2\x96\xaa Proven experience as a Fashion Designer, preferably in indo-western womenswear and menswear. \xe2\x96\xaa Strong portfolio showcasing creative and commercially successful designs. \xe2\x96\xaa Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. \xe2\x96\xaa Solid understanding of garment construction, fabric characteristics, and fashion industry trends. \xe2\x96\xaa Excellent communication and collaboration skills. \xe2\x96\xaa Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics. Software Proficiency \xe2\x96\xaa Microsoft Excel \xe2\x96\xaa Adobe Photoshop \xe2\x96\xaa Adobe Illustrator Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb915,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb918,000.00 per month Schedule:
