Job Description

We are seeking a creative, trend-driven Fashion Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, a passion for fashion, and the ability to translate concepts into commercially successful collections. You will be involved in the design process from initial concept to final production, working closely with production, marketing, and merchandising teams.

Key Responsibilities

Research fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and market demands Develop original designs, sketches, and mood boards Create technical drawings and design specifications Select fabrics, trims, and materials Collaborate with pattern makers and production teams to ensure design accuracy Oversee fittings and make necessary design adjustments Ensure designs align with brand identity, target market, and cost requirements Prepare collections for presentations, photoshoots, or production

Qualifications

Degree or diploma in Fashion Design or a related field (preferred) Proven experience as a Fashion Designer or Design Assistant Strong knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and fit Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar) Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and time-management skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
