We are looking for a passionate and highly creative Senior Fashion Designer to lead our design team and develop innovative collections aligned with current market trends and brand identity. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in garment construction, fabric selection, trend research, and end-to-end design development.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of seasonal collections from concept to production. Conduct trend forecasts, market research. Select fabrics, trims, accessories, and ensure quality standards for all samples. Collaborate with pattern makers, merchandisers, vendors, and production team. Guide and mentor junior designers and support staff. Work closely with marketing for product shoots and brand presentations. Ensure designs are commercially viable, on trend, and aligned with brand identity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design/Fashion Technology or related field. 2 to 5

years experience

as a Fashion Designer. Strong knowledge of fabrics, patterns, garment construction & finishing. Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools. Excellent creativity, sketching skills, time management & teamwork. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
