Create exclusive bridal and occasion wear designs aligning with Santinni's brand. Lead a team of designers and artisans, ensuring quality and creativity. Collaborate with clients on customizations and oversee end-to-end production. Stay updated on trends and improve production workflows for timely deliveries.
