IFA Boutique is looking for a well-talented and passionate candidate to take complete responsibility for managing and growing our boutique business. The role is not limited to a specific duty--you will have the opportunity to handle every aspect required for the success and growth of the business, both offline and online.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day boutique operations
Manage staff and ensure smooth workflow
Plan and execute strategies for business growth
Handle customer relations and deliver excellent service
Monitor stock, materials, and overall boutique requirements
Coordinate with designers, suppliers, and tailors
Support social media presence, promotions, and online marketing
Ensure brand reputation and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in boutique/fashion/retail management (preferred)
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to multitask and take full ownership of responsibilities
Knowledge of social media and online marketing will be an added advantage
Passion for fashion, creativity, and business growth
