Job Title: Fashion Designer - Home Decor (Curtains and Textiles)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Fashion Designer to join our home decor team, specializing in designing stylish and functional curtains and textiles. As a Fashion Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet our brand's quality and style standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and design curtain and textile collections, including patterns, colors, and fabrics.

2. Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on the latest trends, materials, and technologies in home decor and fashion.

3. Collaborate with the design team to develop and maintain a consistent design language.

4. Create detailed specifications, sketches, and prototypes for production.

5. Work with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure designs are feasible and meet quality standards.

6. Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to colleagues.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.

2. Minimum 2 years of experience in fashion design, preferably with a focus on home decor or textiles.

3. Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).

4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

5. Strong understanding of design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Koramangala, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:

fashion design: 1 year (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:

25% (Preferred)
