About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented

Fashion Designer

to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, market understanding, and the ability to create trendy, high-quality collections that match our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

Develop

new designs

for apparel based on trends, season, and brand requirements. Create

sketches, mood boards, and tech packs

for sampling. Select

fabrics, colors, trims, and accessories

for each design. Work closely with the

sampling team

to develop prototypes. Monitor

fitting, pattern corrections

, and quality of samples. Research

market trends, competitor brands

, and upcoming fashion styles. Coordinate with the

production team

for bulk order execution. Ensure designs meet

costing, timelines, and quality standards

. Visit markets, vendors, and exhibitions for fabric & trend sourcing.

Required Skills

Strong creativity and understanding of

current fashion trends

. Proficiency in

Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop

(added benefit if knows CAD). Good knowledge of

fabrics, patterns, and garment construction

. Strong communication and time-management skills. Ability to work in a

fast-paced environment

Qualifications

Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design (preferred). 1-3 years experience (freshers with strong portfolios can also apply).
