Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and design luxury athleisure collections that merge style with functionality. Develop mood boards, sketches, and digital designs aligned with brand vision and seasonal trends. Selects fabrics, trims, and finishes that reflect premium quality and performance standards. Collaborate with textile designers, tech pack creators, and production teams to ensure design integrity from concept to final product. Research global fashion trends, consumer preferences, and sustainable design innovations. Oversee sampling, fittings, and quality checks to ensure flawless execution.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field. 3 to 6 years of experience in fashion design, preferably in luxury, sportswear, or athleisure. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD software. Strong understanding of garment construction, pattern making, and fabric properties. Creative flair with a keen eye for detail, color, and silhouette. Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and meet tight deadlines.
