Role Overview

We are looking for a

creative and skilled Fashion Designer

who specializes in designing

skirts

(Western, Indo-Western, Casual, Partywear). The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of fashion trends, fabrics, silhouettes, and premium feminine wear aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities

Design stylish & trendy

skirt collections

for Illume Lifestyle Create sketches, mood boards, tech packs, and sample briefs Work closely with the production team for sampling & fits Select fabrics, trims, colors, and embellishments Stay updated with fashion trends & competitor research Ensure timely delivery of new designs & collection drops Coordinate with photographers, stylists, and marketing team during shoots

Requirements

Experience in fashion designing (preferably in women's wear / skirts) Strong knowledge of fabrics, patterns, and garment construction Proficient in Adobe Illustrator / CorelDRAW / Canva Creativity + strong sense of aesthetics Ability to turn concepts into production-ready designs Strong communication & teamwork skills

Salary Range

?10,000 - ?15,000

depending on experience.
