Design creative and age-appropriate kids wear collections as per brand theme
Develop sketches, color palettes, prints, and fabric selections
Coordinate with sampling, production, and merchandising teams
Research market trends, fabrics, and seasonal themes in kids fashion
Ensure quality, fit, and comfort suitable for children
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Fashion Designing
Experience in kids wear preferred
Knowledge of fabrics, prints, and garment construction
Creativity with attention to detail
Skills:
Strong design sense and trend awareness
Good communication and teamwork
Time management and ability to meet deadlines
