Job Description

Collaborating with the design team to develop ideas for new products based on research data.

Conducting market research to identify new trends, fabrics, and techniques, and seeking design inspiration.

Presenting story, mood, color boards, and samples to buyers.

Collaborating with team members to select seasonal themes, make edits to the line, and create new concepts.

Managing the design process from conception through to final styling.

Ensuring product is in agreement with business strategy.

Designing sketches for new products with a design team.

Testing and deciding on fabrics, trims, colours, patterns, and textures for each design

Overseeing the production of designs, including carrying out fittings, determining prices, and managing the shoot.

Creating production sketches for development packages.

Creating cost sheets, order sheets, and product lists.

Collaborating with technical designers to ensure development packages are accurate.

Reviewing product for style and fit during the presentation.

Adhering the multiple deadlines.

Maintaining relationships with vendors, suppliers, and portals.

Communicating technical design information to the customer.

Creating tech packs with detailed specifications.

Developing CAD sketches to present to stakeholders.

Overseeing the prototype sample process.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
