Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and passionate

Textile cum Fashion Designer

to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Indian textiles, fashion trends, and sustainable design. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing new designs that fuse traditional Khadi with innovative styles suitable for today's market.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop textile patterns, weaves, prints, and garments based on Khadi fabrics. Create seasonal collections aligned with brand values and market trends. Collaborate with artisans and weavers to translate designs into final products. Oversee sampling and quality control processes. Conduct research on fabric trends, consumer behavior, and competitive analysis. Contribute to visual merchandising, branding, and promotional activities.

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in textile/fashion design (freshers with strong portfolios may also apply). Strong sketching, CAD (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW), and presentation skills. Knowledge of traditional Indian textiles, especially Khadi. A keen eye for color, texture, and detail. Passion for sustainability, heritage crafts, and innovation.
